On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is with great excitement and enthusiasm that we welcome you to 44th Annual Conference of Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Karnataka State, 39th South Zone Conference, South PEDICON 2025 which is scheduled on November 21, 22 & 23, 2025 in the historic city of Vijayapura, Karnataka.
A city rich in history and culture, Vijayapura offers the perfect backdrop for this prestigious gathering of paediatricians, healthcare professionals, and experts dedicated to child health. The scientific committee invites delegates who wish to give a presentation during SOUTH PEDICON 2022, at Belagavi to submit the Abstracts/Full paper of their Scientific studies,

- Dr. Ankegowda Award for free paper for General Pediatrics
- Dr. P. C. Bopaih Award for Social Paediatrics
- *Dr. PJN. Krishnamurthy award for Haemato oncology
- Dr. Paramesh award for Practicing Paediatricians
AWARD PAPER CATEGORY GUIDELINES:
- Paper should be related to Pediatrics
- Paper should be in Indian Pediatrics original article format
- Presenter should be the primary author
- Full paper should be submitted, abstracts alone will not be accepted
- One soft copy and three hard copies should be submitted
- Authors of approved paper will be given opportunity to present in the conference
- Award will be decided based on the credits given to the paper submitted and presentation at the conference
- Paper not chosen for presentation will be considered for free paper/poster presentation
FREE PAPER CATEGORY GUIDELINES:
- Paper should be related to pediatrics
- The abstract should be printed using Times New Roman font
- Font size 12 and not more than 250 words
- Presenter should be the primary author
- Do not use table and figures
- One soft copy and three hard copies should be submitted
POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES:
- Presenter should be the primary author.
- The abstract should be printed using Times New Roman font
- Font size 12 and not more than 250 words
- One soft copy should be submitted.
- Poster format – Poster Plus Flex (4×3)
